That's how long I've been stuck in the same 2kg range... 10 whole weeks!
It's driving me bonkers!
I have managed to crack the double digits and am now sitting on 97.3kg... and even though I've been stuck lately, it's most likely because I've seriously sucked at drinking water and haven't been as motivated.
People think I'm nuts for not being motivated after losing 60kg... and don't get me wrong, I am motivated not to put weight on... I have just needed a break. I think I'm back now though. 1kg loss this week! :)
I'll try and update this more. But I now work for myself and just completely forget I even have a blog!
Hugs to you all x

I'm still alive ;)
Well... With a 0.5kg loss last week (god damn water, it's still my biggest need) I'm sitting on 103.5kg.
The last 10kg has been super slow, but at least I'm still losing. I am so happy. I know I will cry when I hit double digits, even though stuff like that normally wouldnt effect me in that way. I guess it's because it has been pretty tough - ESPECIALLY the last 3 or 4 months. My last fill left me so extremely tight I could only do liquids and soft foods for about 2 months and then only very soft moisty foods up until last week. BUT it was my choice not to get half my fill out. I wanted to be stubborn. And even though a few sneaky bad habits did creep in during this time, the fact is I have been craving some hella healthy foods because of it. Lettuce and tomato for example has been a nogo... It still is sometimes by itself, but in a roll or sanga with other salad veg and meat is ok. I HAVE NEVER ENJOYED A SALAD SANDWICH SO MUCH AS I AM WHILE WRITING THIS!!! Ohhh yeahhhhhhhhh lol
Let me describe this heavenly food for you; and be mindful I'm only eating half of it coz my portions are nicely controlled atm.
1 sm knot roll with 2 tsp fruit chutney spread on the bottom topped with a sm amount of vintage cheese, beetroot, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, grated carrot and light mayo mixed with wholegrain mustard.
Best.thing.ever.invented :D
So yeah, 3.6kg off being double digits- that will make me 99kg - holy sheeeeeeeet!
Hugs to Bec, i did this update for you lol xx
