Struggling

I've had the worst migraine over the last couple of days.

It started off as only a dull headache, but I worked myself up so much the other night, it turned rather quickly...

I had an appointment for a fill on Monday arvo at 4. I got to St John of God Hosputal right on time, found a park and headed up to the specialist rooms only to be told that they've moved somewhere else. I was a bit pissy that I didnt get told so on my way down to my car I called Aaron. I paid for my ticket, went and got in my car and finished on my phone. I then started up my sat nav, went to get my ticket ready for exit and realised I had no idea where it had gone. Panic mode set in and i started to stress out. I went back upstairs and explained what happened and the lady there called security for me. Finally i had another ticket to get out so i started heading to the new place... Then i got lost :(
Eventually found where i had to go, grabbed a park and then the damn ticket machine was broken! I started looking for another, but ended up chucking a tantrum and just went inside.

My dietician said i have a Vitamin D & B12 deficiency plus my cholesterol has gone up a bit. Afterwards i had an appointment with a different doctor for a fill. Only 0.5ml went in but hell, it's fricken tight... I can barely even get runny porridge down!

Hoping it will sort itself out over the next few days, because I definitely can't stay this tight I don't think... at least i'm not eating my shirt anymore i guess lol

  1. Oooooh, you sound as though you been having a hell of a time. *hug* They should of told you that they had moved, that just sucks. I am really tight too after a fill, took a week for mine to settle too. I was throwing up every night after my meal for the week til I got used to the new amount I could tolerate. Also you have been feeling really stressed, which, with me tightens me up. Hope your migraine is gone.

  2. thanks gorgeous girl! migraine is gone, finally, thank god... had a different doctor two days ago and she was pathetic... tried laser acupuncture and it did nothing. Went home worse off then I was! Ended up having 2 days off work because it was so bad... just ended up taking lots of pain killers (found an awesome liquid pain killer that knocks me on my ass!) and it eventually went away after a few days of resting up...

I've been good the last two days at home and basically stuck to liquids... Managed some cheesy crackers yesterday with some vegemite; just needed something to chew!

Today I'm fairly good, not feeling odd, feeling pretty good in fact... My band seems to be doing the trick with lunch.

    :D hugs!

    congrats on 30+ loss!!!! hooray!!!

I'll have to come over to melb when we are both at goal.... shopping spree lol

  3. awesome babe. You are on for the shopping spree, that would be soooooooooo cool! I've got to lose another 30 kg, I bet it will get harder b4 it gets easier. Whats the name of the liquid pain killer? Hey do you still drink soft drinks? I used to have no probs what so ever, but now, unless I take tiny sips, I can't drink it. And I looooove soft drink (i drink mainly diet stuff anyways) I have heard that they say don't drink it as it stretches the pouch, mine is working quite well though LOL. Going to have to switch to cordial I think, but that is so boring LOL.
