After a loss of 500g this week, I think I need to massivly reduce my salt in-take.
I know I can do better.
Anything above 500g I'd be happy with. I'm still happy... but I'm sure there are steps I can take to improve it.
Last week I had massive amounts of salt.
Mash a few times. With Salt.
several Cup-a-Soups ....saltyyyyy
Kiev... I'm sure lots of salt in that...
Le Snaks... surprisingly high in Salt...
1/2 a cheeseburger....(at 1 am driving home from a party where I ate minimal chippies) um. salt?
fish... floured.... yep, I added salt.
chicken nuggets... salt.
chippolata (mini sausage)... salt....
baked potato... with reduced salt butter (and yep, LOTS OF SALT hahahaha)
chinese.... so has to be plenty of salt in that...
Ok, so not great food choices... but keep in mind my portions were really tiny...
So... I have been writing a list of stuff to get at the supermarket that I can buy to try and reduce my salt in-take. Hopefully this will help me get a better loss next week. Although, as long as I keep on moving down I'll be happy. As soon as I stall or put on I will be sooooooooo angry/sad/mad/emotional.

I am so with you on Salt. I love salt. Salt on salad, veges, chips, chicken salt you salt it I'll eat it. LOL. You could try herbs or vege salts or broths. I love the reduced salt butter, but added salt...hehehe I am the same. Like reduced salt tomato sauce with plenty of salt added to the food. hehehehe. You are doing so well. I weighed this morning and I was 100.1kg's. OMG it is sooooooo close now. You will be there in no time as you are flying along. I keep on stalling for weeks at a time, then suddenly lose for no reason LOL.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh becbecbecbecbec..... This week.... I think I'm gonna put on. In terms of WW points, I have had 3 days over my points allowance... and I'm talking like... 10pts above... damn deserts this week have taken control... I do so well until dinner is over and then I'm craving something sweet!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm attempting to go for a walk tonight and tomorrow and hope that the extra points I gain from that as well as the points I'll save today and tomorrow will help me on Thursday... buttttttttt... I don't think it works like that? I think you are only allowed to save 4 a week... not 4 a day... lol.. I'm stuffed... and I have already been wearing my lightest clothes! argh!
I am the same, I'm fine until dinner, and then (unless I am full from dinner or food stuck) I always want to snack on something. Hey at least you write down your points. I always give up. Although I have done it in the past, and still planning on doing it now. I really gotta do it. You are my inspiration girl.

ReplyDeleteI caved last night and had a magnum... Aaron went and bought two.. one for him and one for me.... I stupidly checked the points AFTER I ate it and it was 8 :( 8 freakin points... wth!
I weigh in tonight and I'm sooooooooooo worried I'm going to put on... I think I will cry :( I've done 15 weeks and lost every week... I dont want to put on nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww :(
